therapy for deep thinkers feeling disconnected

Hello! I'm a Puerto Rican therapist who works with thoughtful, self-aware adults navigating anxiety, addiction, life transitions, and disconnection. My approach is relational, grounded in mindfulness, and paced for real, lasting change. I offer traditional office, virtual, and outdoor sessions (including walk-and-talk) for those who find healing in movement and nature. I highly value the courage it takes to begin, and I offer a warm, attentive space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

“The doors to the world of the wild Self are few but precious. If you have a deep scar, that is a door, if you have an old, old story, that is a door. If you love the sky and the water so much you almost cannot bear it, that is a door. If you yearn for a deeper life, a full life, a sane life, that is a door.”

Services

  • In-person sessions in Silver Lake/ East Hollywood. Virtual sessions throughout California. Sessions outdoors in Bronson Canyon, Griffith Park and other locations in the area.

  • A small in-person group for adults curious about connecting with nature as a path to greater meaning and presence. Will meet in Pasadena, exploring simple practices for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself, with others, and with the natural world.

No therapy experience needed. Just curiosity.

Now forming — reach out to learn more about dates and availability.

  • Therapy doesn't have to happen indoors. For clients who benefit from movement and fresh air, we meet outside - walking and talking through parks and natural settings in Los Angeles or sitting with what the environment has to offer. Nature has a way of loosening what sitting still can't reach.

Available as individual sessions. Locations discussed during consultation.
